housing, facility turns, and Cap-Ex project coordination across Indiana and surrounding
states.
Founded by professionals who saw the need for greater care and accountability in
neglected housing environments, Accu-Measure was built on the belief that no space is
too far gone to be restored with purpose and pride.

President & Founder
Nick Butler
Nick Butler brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, driven by a passion for transforming underutilized and neglected spaces into safe, livable environments. A Fairmount, Indiana native and Madison-Grant graduate, Nick later earned his Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
A hands-on leader, Nick founded Accu-Measure with a commitment to professionalism, transparency, and results. When he’s not managing projects or walking job sites, you’ll find him enjoying time with his family—his wife Jolene and their two sons, Hudson and
Sawyer—on the water, the golf course, or the basketball court.

Brian Middleton
Brian Middleton is a lifelong Hoosier with a strong background in leadership, project oversight, and customer service. Prior to joining Accu-Measure, Brian spent 18 years in insurance sales and agency management, followed by project management experience in the residential painting industry.
Known for his calm approach and attention to detail, Brian leads with consistency and care. He is also an avid baseball enthusiast and high school coach. When he's not on the field or job site, you’ll find him traveling with his wife and three children, or catching a game in a major league stadium.
